The location of the hotel was fantastic, being near the Christmas market and a market in Heidelberg. The staff were amazing throughout my stay. The restaurant had delicious food that was well presented, and the service was excellent....

Had an absolutely amazing stay with my family, we spent 1 night here, everything was perfect. Caring and helpful employees helped me a lot. The room was newly remodelled in general, with all required features. Extraordinary dishes were served at the Michelin-starred restaurant. ...

Staff were very good

Breakfast was disappointing. I don't eat cooked breakfasts, so I need juice, fruit and cereals. There didn't appear to be any cereals and there was no staff at the time (Friday21/01/11 @ 07:30) to ask.

It was the perfect place for sightseeing in Heidelberg. 2.3. the room was beautiful, with a private bathroom. 4. There was a bath, a plus for me. Overall, my experience at Hotel Europäischer Hof Heidelberg was fantastic. the room was not only beautiful...  

Room was spacious, with large bathroom. Location was good, with a nearby underground public car park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was very good, if a bit fancy.

I feel that in a 5-star hotel at least some of breakfast, parking, internet and swimming pool should be included and not all charged extra! Also, the hotel itself is very old and some parts of the rooms are looking a bit tired. Our shower was mouldy, had cracked/broken tiles and kept fluctuating from freezing cold to hot. The place felt more like a grand 3-star hotel to me.

Welcoming our furry friend was a breeze with our pet-friendly room that had just been spruced up. We also had an extra bed for added comfort. The central location near the Historical Centre made it super convenient for exploring. Plus, we were just steps away from the main shopping street and another bustling shopping area. 🐾

We booked an a double room with a lovely bed. Very nice staff from booking enquiries to check-in to check-out, and provided a quiet atmosphere. The location was favourable, next to Christ Jewelry Store.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and provided a great recommendation for dinner, Akademie. Room was comfortable as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Staff also helped us resolve some interesting issues with the Beauty Lounge...

We needed a place for celebrating a birthday, and everything was beautiful. The location was excellent, with the main shopping street and a shopping street within walking distance. There was a Michelin-starred restaurant nearby.

The pool area and staff was great.

Hotel room was in poor repair with paint peeling in the bathroom and masking tape over door (not removed after painting some time ago).

From the first moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! Front desk staff came out to meet us and welcomed us by name. The food was delious at the restaurant. We had the unfortunate experience of lost luggage, the staff at the hotel called and called on our behalf daily. Great location, less than five minute walk to old city and castle. Would definately recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again on our next visit to Heidleberg.
